Adam Hertz, RHU (Registered Health Underwriter) is our Executive Vice President, a native Floridian, and an avid Florida State fan. After graduating from FSU with a B.S. in Information Science, Adam immediately started work with Alltrust as a benefits specialist in which he has been awarded the “Consultant of the Year” 8 out of 12 years during his career. As Executive Vice President, Adam serves over 50 Tampa Bay employer groups, handles RFP management, advising and education of clients, and day-to-day oversight of medical advocacy.
A Little More About Adam
There’s a lot more to Adam than just being a fan of garnet and gold. He is highly involved within the community and sits on the board of directors for the Bob Sierra YMCA and West Coast Partners, a non-profit organization in which he is one of the founders. Adam is also involved with the Chamber of Commerce, Ronald McDonald House, Special Olympics, Moffitt Cancer Center, and St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.
As a 12-year veteran of Alltrust, Adam says “Getting to work with some of the greatest people, and having the opportunity to be an integral part of our growth” is the greatest aspect of his career.
In his spare time, Adam loves spending time with his wife, Brie, their 3 children – Carson, Emerson, and Sutton – and their “four-legged” child, Jackson. Weekends are spent at baseball games, recitals, and enjoying the Florida beaches as much as possible. If he gets a chance to go on vacation, Adam’s favorite spots are Nashville, Italy, and anywhere near a beach.
