January 31, 2019 – Alltrust Insurance is excited to announce that Dan Posada now serves as the Vice President of Human Resources Consulting and Training.
Mr. Posada has been a national member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) since 1997 and holds the professional designation of (SPHR) Senior Professional in Human Resources as recognized by SHRM. He is a decorated veteran of the United States Armed Forces, honorably serving in the U.S. Navy from 1985 until 1990, and earned his Bachelor of Science in Human Resources from St. Leo University.
Previously with Bouchard Insurance since 2006, Mr. Posada uses his years of consultative, Professional Employer Organizations (PEO), and managerial experience in the field of human resources to focus on employment law, HR compliance training, and employment practices liability. As Mr. Posada puts it, “my understanding of employment law and employee relations allow me to offer exceptional consultative services, which I’m thrilled to be doing for Alltrust.”
CEO Tim Love is excited for the expansion, stating, “This is another step in the direction of creating broader, more meaningful relationships with our clients.” Mr. Posada has a positive history in the Tampa Bay area, serving more than 100 clients in various levels of HR support. His experience in this area will lead Alltrust as it expands its scope of services.
