Alltrust Insurance is excited to announce one of our newest hires, John Arcaro. He will be joining the team as our new Chief Operating Officer.
John graduated from Shorecrest Preparatory School in St. Petersburg, Florida. He later went on to attend college at the University of Florida.
John later transferred to Upper Iowa University. As a student-athlete, he participated in the school’s baseball and football programs. John graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing from UIU.
Upon returning to Florida in 1992, he began his career at ADP in the payroll sales division.
In 1996, John took his talents to Employee Management Inc. or EMI. He was quickly promoted to management over the Ft. Myers/Naples and Sarasota offices. He also had a hand in opening an office in Miami.
When EMI merged with Payroll Transfers Inc. a new company called EPIX was formed. John continued to rise in the ranks and became the Regional Vice President of the Texas region where he opened new sales offices in Dallas and Houston, Texas.
At this point in his career, John decided to return to the Tampa Bay area to venture out and become the owner of Checkpoint HR/Triton HR in 2005. Following an acquisition by Hub International in 2012, he would remain with Hub until 2022 where he was the Director of Payroll Services and a Benefits Advisor.
We are thrilled to have John join our team. He brings with him a wealth of knowledge and expertise.
