John Arcaro is Alltrust’s Chief Operating Officer. After graduating from St. Petersburg Shorecrest high school, John attended the University of Florida and transferred to Upper Iowa University. Graduating with a Bachelor of Arts, John began his career in payroll solutions at ADP. He then entered the PEO / Employee Leasing arena where he opened offices in Sarasota, Fort Myers / Naples and Miami for EPIX Inc.. While with EPIX, he expanded their presence to the Houston and Dallas Texas market, where John served as the Executive Vice President of Texas. John then moved back to the Tampa Bay area, becoming an owner of CheckPoint HR / Triton which provided payroll, Property & Casualty Insurance and Employee Benefit Solutions. After an acquisition of CheckPoint HR by Hub International, John has worked as the Director of payroll services and Benefit Advisor for 11 years. As a natural-born leader, John brings 30 years of payroll and employee benefit experience to Alltrust.
A Little More About John
John has lived in Florida, Iowa, and Texas. During his time at Upper Iowa University, John also played football and baseball while pursuing a degree. John also is the Baseball Umpire in Charge at Greater Holiday Little League in Pasco County.
