Kathi Acree, PHR, SHRM-CP is Alltrust’s Client Resource Manager and Human Resources liaison, arriving in Florida via Atlanta. Kathi joined Alltrust in 2011 with over 18 years of experience in the finance and Human Resource departments within the telecommunications and customer service industries. As Alltrust’s Human Resources liaison, Kathi’s main responsibilities include Mineral, Surveys, and Reporting.
A Little More About Kathi
Kathi is responsible for installing, training and assisting clients to utilize the client based HR tool, Mineral. This amazing platform is an integrated suite of HR knowledge, content and training solutions. Another popular function that Kathi assists our clients with is building online Employee Benefit/Satisfaction Surveys for their company, which are created and formatted for each client individually, and with customized reporting.
Within the community, Kathi is an active member of SuncoastHR, and has been the Programs Director, Communications Director and the Diversity Director at different points in her membership. Kathi is a member of National SHRM, and also holds a FL-215 Insurance License, for Life, Health & Variable Annuities.
When asked about her favorite aspect of working with Alltrust, Kathi responded, “Helping people!”
