Kathy Kerchal joined Alltrust Insurance in 2019 to build and maintain our proprietary Benefit Administration System that many Alltrust’s clients utilize. She comes to Alltrust with over 30 years of health insurance experience at both the carrier and agency level. This includes working as a Marketing Director for all population sizes and product lines for ten plus years. Kathy’s expertise includes claims, customer service, account management, retention, agency database maintenance, and marketing budget tool rollouts.
As an Eligibility and Enrollment Specialist, Kathy works with clients to centralize their HR records and employee data across multiple systems, including payroll, benefits, and more. She also leads all system demos with our clients and works with them directly to build, train, and maintain the system. Kathy’s experiences with health insurance and HR benefits technology have allowed her better to understand Human Capital Management (HCM) technology solutions and assist our clients with their general human resources needs. “Technology is always evolving, and we must be willing to embrace the changes to stay ahead and offer our clients the best tools available.”
A Little More About Kathy
Kathy loves the outdoors and enjoys spending time at the beach and in the mountains. Her overall goal in life is to purchase a beautiful piece of property to build a custom home and to have a yard large enough to let her two pups to roam freely.
