Melody Crowgey, is one of Alltrust’s Account Executives. Joining Alltrust in 2014, Melody has over 15 years of experience in the insurance industry. In her previous role as Account Executive and Employee Benefits Consultant, Melody has managed some of the largest employers in Central Florida, totaling over 50,000 employees and premiums in excess of $200 million. As an Account Executive for Alltrust, Melody ensures that all of her clients’ needs are met and exceeded on a day-to-day basis as well as making sure employees understand their benefit plans.
A Little More About Melody
Melody’s additional responsibilities include, evaluating employee and employer needs for health insurance; handling all financial aspects of group health plans including renewal negotiations, plan design, contribution strategy, etc.; conducting on-site open enrollment meetings; review employee benefit packages with new hires on a monthly basis; provide ongoing educational meetings to employees; and annual review of employee benefit package an options within and outside of the current insurance carrier.
Melody is highly involved in the community as well. She does a lot of volunteering through her local church, is on the board of directors for the Central Florida Association of Health Underwriters, and is also in charge of fundraising for the Lake Howell Touchdown Club.
In her spare time, Melody enjoys spending it with her husband and 3 children. She especially loves supporting her children in sports and music!
Random Fact:
When asked who her favorite band is, Melody replied, “I can’t pick just one! Rolling Stones, Beatles, U2, Weezer, Zac Brown Band, and The Killers.”
