Rochelle joined the Alltrust Team in 2020 as a Client Service Liaison. She has over 10 years of experience in Account Management & Retention, Benefit Administration systems, and Enrollment. Beginning her career in Jacksonville, FL, Rochelle started on the carrier side, working for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Florida, Humana, and AvMed. Growth and opportunity lead Rochelle to the Employee Benefit Solutions side, where she became the designated enroller and Account Manager for an Agency in Ponte Vedra, FL. During this time, Rochelle was an active member of the Jacksonville Association of Health Underwriters and served on the Board for 2 years. She also volunteered for the American Heart Association and played on an intramural sand volleyball team.
A Little More About Rochelle
Since joining Alltrust, Rochelle has worked with the Client Advocacy Management team, the marketing team and will help the Benefits Technology team build and maintain our proprietary Benefit Administration system. Rochelle’s expertise in various areas allows her to be an integral part of the Alltrust team.
When asked what her greatest attributes are, Rochelle shared she is a connector of people. She excels at cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with her accounts, co-workers, and those around her. Rochelle enjoys camping, hiking, going to the beach, and has a passion for wellness and mindfulness.
