Alltrust Insurance, an employee benefits and HR consulting firm based in Palm Harbor, FL has announced Tim Love as Chief Executive Officer. Tim’s transition to CEO comes in effort to move to the next generation of leadership. Joe Part and Karen Brayboy, founded the company in 1994 and Karen has been serving as President/CEO since that time. Both Joe and Karen will stay on as advisers to Tim as he moves into the role.
After a rigorous process of searching for her successor, Karen Brayboy says, “When we found Tim, it just felt right. The right person, right place and right time. I do not think we could have found a better leader to carry on the legacy of Alltrust.”
Tim comes to Alltrust with over 32 years of experience in the healthcare industry in leadership positions with firms such as HUB International, Humana, United Healthcare, Wells Fargo, and Lincoln Financial.
When asked his thoughts on accepting the role, Tim said, “I’ve admired Alltrust for years and I’m excited to invest myself in our success for years to come.”
In his role of CEO at Alltrust, Tim’s overall responsibility includes meeting the needs of employees, customers, communities and integrating company policy in day-to-day operations. Tim is actively involved in the community including Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Ryan Nece Foundation, Board of Directors for the Tampa Bay Sports Commission, and Board of Directors of the Outback bowl.
