Tina Vigo is one of Alltrust’s Senior Client Advocacy Managers. Rejoining Alltrust Insurance in 2019, she has over 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Through her previous roles at Health Plan Service and UnitedHealthcare, Tina has gained knowledge in claims processing, billing, and case management on both the broker and carrier side and can find the right solution for each employer. Mrs. Vigo looks at insurance differently and uses her experience, carrier knowledge, strong customer service skills, and witty personality; to deliver exceptional service to our clients.
As a Client Advocacy Managers for Alltrust, Tina ensures that all of her clients’ needs are met and exceeded on a day-to-day basis as well as making sure employees understand their benefit plans.
A Little More About Tina
Tina’s additional responsibilities include evaluating employee and employer needs for health insurance, handling complex billing issues, and questions. She also processes renewal changes and paperwork and follows up with clients to ensure applicable deadlines are being met.
In her time outside of Alltrust, you’ll find Tina spending time with her high school sweetheart that she’s been married to for almost 30 years, their two children, five grandchildren, and two dogs by the names of Cole & Yoda.
