We are in turbulent times while we, as individuals, as businesses, and as a country, deal with the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. The success of how we manage these events is obviously up to how well we are equipped to adapt and be fluid in our daily business. Due to the nature of current happenings, we are very focused on the short-term needs of clients and how we can best help them through this challenging time.
We have seen that organizations that invest in infrastructure, adjust to evolving workspaces, and put the needs of employees first have been most successful in responding to this pandemic. Alltrust has adjusted our human capital strategy to recruit and retain the top talent. We have created policies that allow for working from home, remote access after hours, and telephonic response capabilities. Over the past two years, we purchased a new phone system, new servers, laptops, and heavily invested in our IT infrastructure. Prior to the pandemic, 80% of our staff worked remotely. Our service metrics have remained at their pre-pandemic levels, and our team is focused on providing excellent service to our customers and their employees. Our office phones, including our mainline, roll directly to our associates’ computers and phone systems while they work remotely. Because of this, we have made sure to invest in the security of our mutual data and privacy. Firewalls and multi-step authentication processes protect your data. Our team stays connected and communicates regularly via software such as Microsoft Teams and Jabber. This allows for a fast and efficient exchange of information and connectivity.

Our Human Resource Consulting Team is also working hard to address every client’s requests in a timely manner and provide updates to the Alltrust site frequently.
